If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, be sure to inform the company in a timely manner to receive a full refund, provided that you have paid in advance. Failure to inform them in time may result in no refund. Additionally, if the company has a valid reason to cancel your booking, they will notify you 24 hours before the scheduled date and provide a refund.
